By commissioning me, you agree to the terms of service below:GENERAL
♦ I have the right to post and use the artwork.
♦ I have the right to reject any commission.PAYMENTS
♦ Payment is usually upfront, but payment plans are available for pieces totaling over $300.
♦ I'll start on the commission only after the payment is settled.
♦ If payment is unpaid within 7 days without prior communication, the commission will be canceled.
♦ Current accepted payment is thru Ko-fi or Paypal. Will send an invoice if using Paypal.
♦ No refunds. PHP and USD only.REVISIONS
♦ Revisions are limited to the sketch phase and while the artwork is still in progress. The number of revisions depends on which type you ordered.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
♦ My work days are only weekdays.
♦ Estimate work 2-4 weeks to finish per piece, depending on the type of commission you ordered. For complex pieces and the commission queue, please expect longer work times/days.
♦ For PNGTuber+ commissions, if the model is detailed and has many separate parts, it could take up to a month. Please only commission me if you understand my work setup.USE
♦ You can share the artwork on your social media but credit to the artist is highly appreciated.
♦ Do not remove the signature and/or EDIT any part of the artwork without prior consent from the artist.
♦ Do not trace, make changes, and/or sell the artwork.
♦ The commissioned artwork may be used for PERSONAL USE ONLY, unless you pay for its commercial rights.
♦ Only artwork with commercial rights can be reproduced and used in merchandise.
♦ Know that I will share the artwork on my social media and online galleries, albeit in lower resolution and with watermarks.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
♦ Commercial use for merchandise/ads/print will be twice the amount of the total cost of the commission.
♦ Commercial use for streaming or content use is still under the normal rate.
♦ Do not trace, make changes, and/or sell the artwork.
♦ Do not use the artwork for NFT/Crypto and AI generator or anything similar to it.
♦ The client will not claim any of the artist's work as their own, even if the artwork is purchased for commercial use.REFUNDS
♦ Payment from Sketch cannot be refunded.
♦ I do not offer refunds when clients change their minds after I start rendering. Please keep that in mind, as the usual payment is upfront, as stated above.
♦ I do not give you any of the files or originals once you cancel your commission.COMMUNICATION
♦ All communication is through which commission process the client has sent the request. Eg. Emails will be the primary communication when using card commission request. You may also reach me through Twitter/BlueSky.

♦ Commissions are now open monthly, depending on which type will be available with 5 up to 10 slots.
♦ Will start working on your commission once all slots are filled. Depending on availability, I'll start even if slots aren't full. Also please only commission me if you are willing to wait and serious about pushing through. All illustrations are digital.
♦ Final output turnover will be 2 weeks up to 2 months.
♦ I reserve the right to decline requests for personal reasons.
 REFERENCE MATERIAL:
♦ Please send detailed descriptions with sample image references about the character.
- Google docs, toyhouse links, mood boards, or any kind of compilation would do.
- Sketches would be of great help too.
 REVISIONS:
♦ A rough sketch / initial sketch will be first made after payment for customer approval before finally continuing on with the illustration. Only up to 5 times revisions are allowed for the sketch stage. Please make sure you're completely satisfied with your changes, any additional minor and major changes will be charged starting at $5-$10.
 PAYMENT:
♦ Will require full payment or half down payment of the total commission before starting.
- For 50% down payments, you will be required to pay the remaining balance before receiving the final file.
♦ Current accepted payment is thru Ko-fi or Paypal. Will send an invoice if using Paypal.
♦ No refunds. PHP and USD only. *Prices are subject to change.
Will only allow a refund if I haven't started the commission for over a month.
 SAVED FILES:
♦ Finished illustrations will be in jpg and png files. PSD files will include a flattened layer.
- PNG model commissions will include the expression and additional accessories.
 COMMERCIAL USE:
♦ For personal use only. You are welcome to use the commissioned piece however you please but all commissions are for non-profit only. Please send me an email for commercial use.
 SOCIAL MEDIA:
♦ By default, I’ll post a low res version of your commissioned piece with my and your username online(social media pages included) as a finished commission sample. I may also post in-progress works of the commission.
- Please let me know beforehand if you want the commission to be posted yourself.
- In the case of PNG models, I let the client post the finished illustration.
