🔹I have the right to post and use the artwork.

🔹Payment is usually upfront below $150, and payment plans are available for pieces totaling over that price. I will send invoice.
🔹I'll start on the commission only after the payment is settled.
🔹If payment is unpaid within 7 days without prior communication, the commission will be canceled.Accepted payments: Paypal, Wise(International) GCash and GOTyme(for local payments)REVISIONS
🔹Revisions are limited to the sketch phase and while the artwork is still in progress. The number of revisions depends on which type you ordered.
🔹For YCH and illustrations, 1 free revision before final delivery.
Complete model redesign when the commission has started is not considered a revision. Once you gave me the approve signal for the sketch, I will no longer allow to make any changes like 'can you change this and that?' or 'how does it look if we change/add this?', unless I stated it myself. Please be sure about your final design, especially with pngtuber one. $50 per revision after rendering.
🔹Revisions are also only allowed for the accuracy of the character.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
🔹My work days are only weekdays.
🔹Estimate work up to more than a month to finish per piece, depending on the type of commission you ordered. For complex pieces and the commission queue, please expect longer work times/days.
🔹For PNGTuber+ commissions, it could take up to two(2) months or more depending on queue and if the model is detailed and has many separate parts.
🔹Please only commission me if you understand my work setup.USE
🔹You can share the artwork on your social media but credit to the artist is highly appreciated.
🔹Do not remove the signature and/or EDIT any part of the artwork without prior consent from the artist.
🔹Do not trace, make changes, and/or sell the artwork.
🔹The commissioned artwork may be used for PERSONAL USE ONLY and streaming, unless you pay for its commercial rights.
🔹Only artwork with commercial rights can be reproduced and used in merchandise.
🔹Know that I will share the artwork on my social media and online galleries, albeit in lower resolution and with watermarks.
🔹If made from scratch or compiled refs, you can't use the sketch or model no matter the progress of the work if you decided to cancel/refund the commission.
🔹I reserve the right to display all commissioned work, including sketches and WIPs, for portfolio and promotional purposes. In cases of cancellation or full refund and depending on circumstance, I am allowed to reuse or modify the work into a personal piece and/or resell it.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
🔹Commercial use for merchandise/ads/print will be twice the amount of the total cost of the commission.
🔹Commercial use for streaming or content use is still under the normal rate.
🔹Do not trace, make changes, and/or sell the artwork.
🔹Do not use the artwork for NFT/Crypto and AI generator or anything similar to it.
🔹The client will not claim any of the artist's work as their own, even if the artwork is purchased for commercial use.REFUNDS

🔹All communication is done through email. In case both the artist and client are unavailable, you may also reach me through Twitter and vice versa.

🔹Please request only if you have an existing reference sheet or at least 1 art of your character that is accurate with what your model would look like or has all the important details. This is not a character design comm, you must have a reference art of your character. I will not allow breaking down of your character's details or add/change designs.
